first of all sorry for all the questions about cancelling our trip I just want to make sure Im understanding everything right

Im so worried something will get messed up

so Im set to cancel--this part Im sure Im ok on

when I go to the DVC click modify and scroll down past all the resort listing theres a cancel button after I click on the button

that will cancel the resverations correct

then about points--I know they go back into the UY they came from--so I had 82 points I had banked last year into this year so those points will go back in this year which have to be used by July 2022--the other 39 were taken from this UY so they go back to this UY which I can then bank into next uy aug 2023 do the points go right back into my account or is there a wait time

thanks for the help too on the points that I banked from last into guiding me to renting them out I was really impressed with the Davids rental--was real fast with responses and answered all my questions--so after I cancel Ill work on getting that set up--one quick question I forgot to ask them was what happens if they cant rent out the points just curious

so thanks again I really appreciate all the help--hopefully this wont come up again

Points show back up in your account immediately. In terms of rental, your points will stay listed as long as you want them to be there. You can withdraw anytime if you have not gotten a request to book something with them.

I have used David's several times, and found them faster and better to use than DVC Rental Store. But be aware you have to be "fast on the draw".
They send to several people, and the first one to respond gets to book.
