Just used "Happy Limo", great service.

After reading some negative reviews of "Happy Limo" I just thought I should post about my own experiences with them.

We arrived at MCO on wed pm and took an airport shuttle to a local hotel. We were to be picked up at 8:00 AM at the Clarion Airport Hotel. At 7:55, our Limo driver pulled up, with carseat, and got us to POFQ in roughly 20 minutes. There were no problems whatsoever, and no begging for a tip by the driver. We were very happy with the service.

This morning, we were being picked up at 6:30 AM and when we went outside at 6:30, the limo was waiting (Large black Ford Excursion with DVD player!). We loaded up, and the driver, I think his name was Fernando, was excellent.

I just wanted to tell those who booked with "Happy Limo" not to be nervous about your reservation. I'm not going to say that negative things don't happen and every company does everything right all the time, however we had excellent service and i'd call them first when we go back to MCO anytime in the future. If anyone has any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

We have used Happy Limo on our last 4 WDW trips. Excellent service, the driver was friendly, on time. We would definently used them again in the future!

We've always gotten great service from them too. We got that Excursion once...it was so nice! We got a limo to/from Port Canaveral in Sept. when we sailed with friends, and that had a DVD player too that kept the teen in our party busy for the whole trip.

I just got back from my cruise and am happy to say that I had a great experience with Happy Limo, too!

I had also read the recent comments regarding poor service, and was a little nervous. But they were the only company I could find online that had a vehicle like the Excursion. We had too much luggage for a town car, but I wanted something a little nicer than just a van. So I booked the excursion for just $15 more than the van would have been. (Kevin was extremely helpful over the phone when I was making that decision).

After we had all gathered our bags at MCO, I called Happy Limo and was told where to meet our vehicle. The driver pulled around in less than 5 minutes, and much to my surprise we had lucked into an upgrade to a limo!

I am very happy with my recent experience with Happy Limo. In my case, they met and even exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I am soooooo relieved to read these great comments! We used Happy Limo twice and had good luck, so I am using them in December and was getting so nervous after the recent bad comments. I am sure it will go well again. Again, thanks for sharing the good reports.

Used their stretch limo service in early Oct and had no complaints although driver was 10 mins late picking us up for return leg.
