Looks like a great plan with a good amount of variety in food choices.

Are you renting a car, or using Disney Transport? I only ask because of the arrival dinner at Artist Point.

If your flight gets in at 4:15 PM, it MAY take 90 minutes or more to get from the jetway to POP on the Magical Express. By the time you get through check-in and situated and are ready to head to Wilderness Lodge, it may be 7 PM or so. Then there is really no direct way to get from POP to Wilderness ... probably take a bus to Magic Kingdom and then boat to WL? Depending on how you catch the transport, you may be cutting it close for dinner ... and that's if your flight is on time.

If you have a rental car, there will probably not be an issue just driving over to the WL.

I think your ressies look great. I would think you would be at your resort by 6:30pm at the latest, though........you would need to get to the bus to MK shortly after that.....then hop on the boat. I think you should be fine but I wouldn't doddle! I would love to go to Artist's Point! We stayed at WL many years ago but the kids were little so we didn't eat there!

Your plans look great. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to save room for a few snacks from the food and wine festive. We will be there some of the same days as you and are planning 2 meal as food and wine festive booths. If you are on the Dining plan you can use snack credits. Have a great trip!

Thanks I changed my arrival ADR until 9:20, hopefully this will give us plenty of time to get over to WL.

We are on the DDP and do plan on going to Epcot twice and use up our snack credits!!

Thanks again:dance3:

Looks like a great mix. I would maybe rethink the time differences on a few of the meals. Some mealtimes are really close to each other and the Disney meals are quite large. Hate to see you "waste" your credits.:)

You can always just take a cab. We use the Disney trans, but occasionally do not want to boat, train and automobile it, so we pay the $20 and take a cab. It is still cheaper than a rental car...

My husband calls this his food vacation, I know some of our ADR's are close together but that is how he wants it!! Because it's his "fat"cation!!

Remember the Food and Wine Festival is on at Epcot so there are some free eats too!

We are there the same week, without kids and ready to have a GREAT time!

Enjoy!!

There is no free food at F&W, so I don't know what you are referring to.

There may be some free nibbles here and there during the F&W fest, but nothing substantial. I've had some free chocolate at the Festival Center, and I think they hand out free small packs of crasins at the Ocean Spray bog. There may also be the rare free food demo put on by a sponsor that will include a small bite afterwards.
