Just upgraded to AP's when are Oct discounts offered?

Historically when are room only discounts offered to AP holders for the month of October?

Having to buy 2 day tickets to get free dining put a damper on our plans.
Now trying to figure out room discount versus free QSDP.

If I remember correctly, in the last two years discounts for that time were released in late July and mid August.
