She and I were emailing today while at work (obviously, we were both working SUPER hard) and got to discussing counter service meals. Chris and I usually don't go super planny planny with CS meals and I don't believe Lauren or Kimmy do either but we do have a few in mind that we'd like to try/eat at again...

Magic Kingdom:
Cosmic Ray's--we all love us some Sonny Eclipse!

Me and Sonny are friends on fb!! lol

Casey's--two words: corndog nuggets

Two more words: cheese sauce!

Columbia Harbor House--Chris and I always find ourselves here...usually quiet and deliciousssss food!

Never been!

Peco's Bills--Chris and I have never eaten here before so I'm thinking we may try and switch it up a little this time.

Never been, but my friend from hs who is a cm there LOVES it!

Epcot:
Sunshine Seasons--gets so busy but even still, it's worth it!

Never been!

Tangerine Cafe--ok, Chris is definitely never going to eat here and Kimmy said she probably won't either lol but I MAY depending how adventurous I'm feeling that day

You and Lauren can eat here...Chris and I will go...to the tequila cave!! They have food there! I think...

Animal Kingdom:
Pizzafari--halfway decent pizza but a delicious chicken caesar salad!

You don't eat red meat...I don't eat salad!! I might go run and get ribs or a pulled pork sandwich for myself, meet up with yall here and get Landon a pizza!

(NO Flame Tree BBQ for me...Kimmy said she loves her some ribs but I'm petrified of birds and I will not eat outside with them. Plus, Kimmy gets protective over Landon and said, and I quote, "I will hit a bird in WDW if need be." )

See...I'm not even scared of the birds because they know better than to mess with me!! You think what I said is funny, but they know I'm for real!

Hollywood Studios:
Starring Rolls--Kimmy would eat her weight in those cupcakes if she could...due to her rave review, I need to try these puppies out.

I am so excited for my cupcake! We should all get a different flavor and then share!

Writer's Shop--I really want to check this place out for a snack

I have been here and never noticed the cookies! I feel like I only remember getting tea here lol (for home, not to drink then and there)

Outside of the parks:
Captain Cook's--we plan on going here our last morning for some TONGA TOAST...I think Chris would leave me permanently if we went to Disney World and didn't pencil in Tonga Toast time

I will cry if we don't get TT. I've still never had it and I'm not leaving unless I don't. (Wait...maybe I shouldn't have it, if I won't leave if I don't. Hehe.)

Beaches and Cream--I NEED a No Way Jose

Mmmm ice cream!!

I'm sure we'll eat at the OKW quick service location more than once too, considering we're staying there!

Wow, everything looks great! Both for the TS and CS places! I'm super jealous and wish we were going along!

Kristen, do you think you'll swim at the main pool or the quiet pool near your area? Even if you don't swim at the main pool, you can still check out Good's sometime! I also recommend Olivia's, which is the TS place there. Fiance and I ate there for breakfast on our last morning right before we hit the road, and it was a great way to end the trip. I really suggest doing that for you and Chris before you head to the airport.

We all wish you were coming too!! We will be thinking of you!!

Kimmy, wow! ToT 11 times in one day!?! I'm the same with RnRC but the most I've rode it was 3 in one day. lol

A lot of fun celebrations to look forward to on this trip.

One month from today Chris and I will check out of our offsite hotel. It has an airport shuttle so we will take that back to MCO and then hop onto DME! I'm hoping to make it to OKW by 9:30-10:00. I am fairly sure our room won't be ready yet but it doesn't matter...we're heading to the MK! We'll spend some time at the MK, most likely grabbing lunch there...maybe some Columbia Harbor House? Eventually we will get tired (hopefully our room will be ready by then!) and head back to OKW to clean up for dinner at Cape May Cafe! I'm hoping we'll spend the night in Epcot but if not we'll probably just relax over at the Boardwalk or at OKW!

One month from today...I will be going nuts making sure everything is packed and TRYING to sleep before my journey to WDW!!!! AHHHHH it'll be awesome! I love the anticipation of the night before!

Today marks exactly ONE MONTH for Kimmy & I! Kristen and Chris get to arrive a day earlier.. lucky ducks!

I'll start my "one month from today" countdown from yesterday.

One month from yesterday, I will be making sure I have every thing that I need all together and ready to put into the suitcases. I've never been one to pack early and now that I have 2 kids, I just find it easier to get it all together once they go to bed. Jake will be going to his last day of school that Friday, so it'll be a fun day for him all around! Except, he won't really know that we'll be leaving for Disney the next day.. it's a surprise!!!!

One month from today (oh I just love saying that!) we'll be putting the suitcases in the car and heading over the airport. Our flight leaves at 11:20am, so we'll probably get there around 9:45ish. Jake has his Leapster and portable DVD player, so he'll be entertained on the flight. We land at 1:40pm and Kimmy & Landon will be waiting for us in the terminal since their flight gets in a few minutes before ours. Then it's time to ride the fake monorail and get on the MAGICAL EXPRESS TOGETHER to head over to Old Key West!! YAYYY! I'm pretty sure our room will be ready when we arrive, so we'll go check that out and get settled in somewhat. Then, it's all up in the air as to what we'll be doing that afternoon/early evening... whatever our little hearts desire until our ADR at Ohana with Kristen and Chris! WOO HOO! I can't wait until this day!

One month from today, I will wake up super bright and early to catch a flight at 7:30 am! I'll probably get a ride from my bff, Stephanie (remember her from my last trip) and since she works at a coffee shop, I'll probably make her bring me a Zebra mocha! (White and dark chocolate mocha!) Then Landon and I will play around in the airport and I'll hope he sleeps for the long flight. If he doesn't, I'll have some DVD's for him to watch!

We'll arrive in MCO a little after 1 and then wait (impatiently) for Lauren and the kids to touch down!! After some super fun introductions, we'll head down to the MAGICAL EXPRESS!!! Soon we'll be checking into OKW and then do whatever our heart's desire. DTD? Celebratory drinks? Pool time? All of the above? Whatever it is, it'll be great! Then we'll go and have our delicious 'Ohanas dinner with Kristen and Chris and pretty much have the perfect night!

One month from today my two beautiful trip partners and they're adorable kiddos will be joining Chris and I in WDW! When we wake up for our first full Disney day, we'll head to Kouzzina for some breakfast. We really want to try the sweet potato hash! Then we'll probably head to Epcot for a little while. Some time this day, Chris' cousin, her boyfriend and her daughter as well as his aunt and other cousin (they live on the West Coast of FL) are going to come to Orlando to spend some time with us. Around 2:30ish I'm assuming Kimmy and Lauren will arrive at OKW so at some point before dinner we'll meet up with them too! Then, one of my most anticipated meals of the trip will be our dinner this night...'Ohana! And, we have reservations where we SHOULD be able to see Wishes from the restaurant while we finish up eating! After we're full to the brim, we'll either head out to a park or just head back to the room for the night!

So, one month from today Chris' family will still be here. Our original plans were to head to Blizzard Beach this morning so hopefully we're still able to stick to that. We usually finish there by early afternoon and we'll go back to OKW, shower and meet them at DTD. For breakfast we'll probably grab food at Good's to Go at OKW and lunch we will probably get at the BB counter service place which we have eaten at before that I can't remember the name of lol When we get to DTD we'll just hangout with Chris' family until our dinner ADR all together at the House of Blues! We love eating there and spending time relaxing by the bar. His family is going to leave after dinner so we'll either just head back to the room or swim for a while before bed!

One month from today I will finally be setting foot in the MK again!! I'm excited to see how Jake reacts to Splash and Big Thunder since he'll be tall enough! I'm going to try not to be sad that Landon's not tall enough. Here's to hoping he grows 3-4 inches in a month!! haha! (He's always been in the 90th percentile for height, and now of course, he's down to 60th!!)

We will be taking a mid-day break for lunch at Whispering Canyon Cafe!! I'm excited for the antics!! I can't wait. Oh...and of course, with the park hoppers, we're also going to head to DHS at some point so I can ride ToT every day!!
