Just tried the online ADR system

It worked pretty well actually. Much better than when I tried it in August of last year. It let me select the restaurant I was interested in and didn't give me a lot of other junk. It worked quickly and sent me my confirmation right away. I now have an ADR to the Crystal Palace on the morning of my birthday. Definitely a big improvement.

The online ADR system has improved tenfold since its initial launch. It was just as bad as calling in terms of finding open spots.

I prefer to see what is available, not hunt for an opening. We are flexible so If we want to eat at a specific restaurant I prefer to see what's open for a part your size. This was impossible with the initial site. Now you can put in basic info and it will show you what is available for the specific restaurant selected where before it would look just around the time you entered.

It is better now, but there is always room for improvement.
