Well, I'm stuck. My booking didn't go well, some kind of error came out and left me with nothing. No booking, but credit card charged. Money is still reserved and I have nothing but to wait. Whole week I've been calling DLP, then my bank, then DLP, then the bank... Wrote emails... And nothing.. Just wait. No fun at all. If I don't get my money back by 31st of January, offer will end. Then again, if I get back, make a booking and an error comes up again...

Why is this booking so unlucky?

I always do it over the phone when I rang it was also £30 cheaper for the same booking don't know why?!

What a nightmare - to be honest, if it all fails and you don't get it sorted by 31st Jan, Disney should honour your price - it is not your fault it crashed and they should be quicker to sort it out for you. After all, we won't be talking a few £s!

I must say, I've always booked online as I've gone via Quidco which gives cashback (not sure if they still do it - must look!).

Good luck getting it sorted. I know you've sent emails but I think a letter always helps expressing your dissatisfaction at the way it has been handled.

On line booking gives me much better price. I'm using Irish site offer 30 % off - and that's a lot. Otherwise they apply only standard package with those high prices.

I've been waiting for this offer and now I can't book. Frustrating. I'm not angry, just sad. And it's over 1000 Eur - it's much money and I still get a feeling what if it doesn't work out properly?


Anyway, just wanted to talk to somebody, because I'm tired of talking to bank manager or DLP manager
