Just to clarify the process..help me!

Ok so on Thursday we will be flying AirTran booked through southwest.com (PHL-MCO). I'm totally out of ink in my printer...

Can I check in on Wednesday with my southwest app on my phone, hope to see actual seat assignments and print the boarding passes at PHL?

Yes. You can check in with your phone, or any computer, and then print your boarding pass when you get to the airport.
