Just to be sure I understand...Orbitz tickets

If I buy the 4 day hopper tickets and get one day free, they will email me a voucher that I can take to the gate and get in, is that correct? We did that 2 years ago with way.com but I want to be doubley sure since the first day we will use them will be the 24 hour day and I don't want to waste the first hour in line at the ticket booth.

Or can I exchange the voucher the day before but without going into the park so we'll be ready to go the next morning?

I can't believe it's just 2.5 weeks away!

Unlike way.com, orbitz vouchers need to be exchanged at the ticket booth. It is no problem to do it the night before entry, the tickets aren't activated until you enter the gates the next morning.

Question...can they be activated at the hotel if you are staying onsite? I had heard that this is possible but has anyone actually done this?

Yes, you can exchange the voucher for your tickets at the onsite hotels! Super convenient too. My advice would be to start your travel dates for your tickets one day early so there are no problems if you want to change them the night before. I recently read that someone had a problem with trying to change the voucher the day before the valid date on the voucher.

We exchanged our at check in At DLH and it was quick and easy (this was 2 weeks ago). Our ticket dates were for our actual park days and we checked in the day prior and there were no issues.
