Just talked to NICE CM about pins, codes etc---

I posted yesterday after having a VERY rude CM on the phone -- I was merely calling to check to see if there were any codes or post card Pins etc on my address or phone #-- well the CM- (NAME REMOVED)-- last night was SO MEAN-- saying that IF i had a code or post card I would CERTAINLY KNOW IT-- she proceeded to tell me that CM's do NOT "do that" and they do NOT look for codes etc--- well I was HURT and MAD-- after some encouragement on the Boards-- I called back today--- and spoke with the NICEST lady-- she took 20 minutes looking up addresses and phone #s etc-- she gave me a FL res. code that I already knew about but expired-- I wanted a late April or early May resort only stay-- anyway, she told me "just keep checking the website over the next few days and check for new FL res. codes"-- now-- PLEASE don't think I am saying that codes are coming out this week-- I am NOT saying or inferring that-- however, having said that-- I WILL be checking everyday for the latest May codes!! ::MickeyMo ::MinnieMo :cool1: ;)
 
Good for you FloridaGirl! I called a few nights ago and the CM I spoke with had me on hold for quite a while checking for codes or pin numbers for me. Unfortunately, I still don't have a discount for our vacation, but he was very nice and helpful.

Here's keeping our fingers crossed~ and I'm checking everyday too.

What was your nice CMs name? You mentioned the not so nice one, but not the nice one. You should DEF email, mention the nice one by name, and commend her for her help - this goes in the employees file, they get word back that they did well and sometimes a special treat, and their superiors know they are doing a good job. It's important for Disney to know who is doing a great job, not just those that aren't (which is often the only people that write).

I have had so many nice ones that it really makes me shake my head when I get a bad one. Spent ~20 minutes oncebefore our October trip with a young man that changed my reservation from one hotel to another. neglected to give me a confirmation number though. I called back for it when I noticed that it wasn't showing on my cc, got someone that looked and said that I was simply shopping rates, he had not booked me ! ARGH! Luckily I was able to get the dates I wanted but what if I hadn't called back?
