I'm sure this was mentioned elsewhere in a thread, but I discovered this a little too late:

IF you order through ebates to Cheap Tickets, don't expect your refund to be deposited until up to 40 days AFTER your trip. So... I ordered in Feb for a trip in Oct (four 4-day PH), which won't be credited til mid/end-November... and then won't be refunded until the next payout.
ALSO... if you order two things... for example, two dining vouchers, you need to complete one transaction, then back out and RE-ENTER through Ebates to the SAME place and complete the second transaction, otherwise it won't register in the system.
Fortunately I was able to sort it out in chat, and they did the refund as a 'courtesy', however in order to alleviate the difficulty, remember if you're doing multiple transactions in one shop, you need to back out EACH TIME and re-enter EACH TIME to get the tracking number for the credit.
URG!!
So yeah, a little frustration and time-consuming, but I'd say 100000% better than it used to be before computers, right?
