I had my contract listed thru The Timeshare store for $95/point. They found a buyer within 30 days but, when the contract was submitted first to Disney they decided to buy it back. I am very surprised and feel bad for the couple who wanted to buy it.

Has anyone else had this experience?

That's a good price. They probably have some people requesting that UY direct or something.

Hmmm. I sure hope they are not looking for a lot of points. I am buy 150 points at BWV at $90pp. What was the UY. Contract is in ROFR right now.

Not a great price, so a little surprised it was ROFR'd. Was it a loaded contract?
Perhaps the phrase I ought to use is "good enough." If they have direct buyers requesting that UY, it's good enough to take if the UY is right.

Your title would be better with Disney took back our contract with ROFR instead of Just sold our contract back to Disney. Your title sounds like you sold it back to DVC directly instead of through ROFR.

I had two contracts similar to yours get bought by Disney after I put offers in last year - 360 and 400 points respectively, for roughly the same amount per point ($96 and $98).

It was really frustrating, only to be MORE frustrating when I bothered to even engage with DVC to try and buy BWV through them, knowing full well that they've been buying up large contracts.

When you get the paperwork from DVD I'm curious if they're still trying to add in a requirement you not disclose the pricing details into the contract.
