Just signed up for my first Run Disney event!

I just registered for my first Run Disney event....the Expedition Everest 5K. I'm excited to do a Disney running event as a new runner.

I'm doing this as a solo runner....any one else out there running this event as an individual? Would like to meet some runners before the event if possible.

DS15 and I did it last year and it was great. Wish I could do it again but DS is running a race in Boston on the same day.

Figure if I do this event, then I can do the 10 mile one in September.

Good for you! Disney run events are so much fun. I did the Champion 5k that they used to do with ESPN the Weekend as my first one. (don't ask me about the loss of ESPN the Weekend-I'm REALLY bitter)

Yes! He and a bunch of his Cross Country friends want to do it as a group.
Running and Zombies, you can't make a teen any happier than that! LOL
