Just sent in Purchase and Sale!

Hubby and I, after three months of debating on whether to do the DVC just sent in our paperwork!!
I know you can't book your trip until the deed is recorded, how do you know when your deed is recorded?

Is this a resale or direct from DVC? If it is direct from DVC you can make a reservation as soon as they receive your deposit!

we paid for this in full, but they said we couldn't make our reservations until the deed was recorded they said it could take a month or so,
Does this sound right
