just sent in my dvc papers

I just filled out my paperwork and am sending it fedex back to dvc. I was wondering how long it takes to find out if the financing went through.

We Fed-Exed ours in today & paid the final part of our deposit....I was just wondering the same thing!

If I remember correctly, it took ours about 4 weeks.............the actual deed takes longer. Congratulations again!

We Fed-ex'd ours in on a Tuesday,got a Fedex on Friday that the notary signed it wrong, Fedex'd that back on Monday and got a letter regular mail that Friday saying "welcome you've been approved" or something like that. So not long at all!! The time frame was January 3, 2005 - January 14, 2005.

How exciting! And let me say...welcome home!

For my first purchase it took about two weeks to receive my approval letter. My add on took only one week. I know how hard the waiting is. My original purchase I was on pins and needles the whole time so here's a little pixie dust to speed things up!

I'm fairly certain for some reason applications were backed up when we purchased.........and deed processing.....SSR had not quite opened yet; my wife said it was only about 3 weeks...........but it seemed like a month! Congrats to all new owners!
