I ordered TOMS on Zulily for my DDs last week and just got this email from Zulily:
"We made a mistakethe pink butterfly TOMS shoes you ordered were pictured incorrectly on our site. They had been confused with the same style of shoe in a different pink butterfly print. We caught the switcheroo after the similar shoes had already been shipped to youthey're on the way. You'll receive the size you ordered.
We've issued you a $24.99 store credit refund, plus an additional $10 credit. Your credit can be used toward anything on zulily. We're sorry about the mix-up!
While the shoes you were expecting aren't available, we hope you'll enjoy the similar pair. Please keep them when they arrive, or give them to a friend or charity."
Yay for the credit and bonus to spend more, but I am disappointed because I had ordered them so my DDs could match. But, I'll take it!
