Just scored a VGF ressie! Question about view?

Just for one night, pre-cruise in March.

I booked a theme park view studio but it was less points than a lake view. Anyone know why? I'm guessing there could be a chance of obstructions?

I only know of a standard view or a lake view at VGF. I'm guessing you got a standard view.

It's really sad since we pay their salaries but you will learn that booking yourself online equals less errors.

BLT theme park view is fewer points than VGF lakeview. And since BLT is the only resort with the TPV category I'm guess that is what happened.

Unless she booked the VGC - it's right next to VGF on the drop down menu and easy to do. I almost did that myself - got so excited to see availability after weeks of nothing. I knew it was too good to be true so I found my error quickly!

Yup, been there with booking.... excitement level rose (felt that adrenaline fill me!) only to have it squashed in a moments notice when I realized my mistake.

OP here! I would've done it online but had some maintenance to do with a human so booked it then.

I immediately called back and they fixed it. VGF ressie secure!

DD3 is currently into Alice so a 1900 PF brekkie before getting on the cruise bus will make for a great day!

That would have been a surprise at check in!

But no theme park booking category at VGC - blessedly only one "view" there. At least showing up at VGF and then being sent over to BLT wouldn't take the rest of the day!
