Just saw Room Only Discount...uh oh

We recently changed our cruise from 9/25 to 10/2 to be able to meet friends at The World. I've been busy and just now got on and saw there are discount codes for room only--which is what we want post-cruise--but they end at 10/1. Does this mean there will be nothing for the next week then? I'm new to the resort/World stay as we just love the cruises so I don't know how this typically runs but wow, pushing our cruise back a week is beginning to look like a bad idea!

October discounts are typically released in July or August. We still have a while to wait. I currently have a package booked for mid-October at rack rate for hotel, tix, and QSDP. You might pop in to the October threads. There will be a big party happening in those threads when the rumors of the discount release dates get going. You will find info on discounts on these boards before they officially get put on the WDW site. Good luck and happy planning!

Ah! Ok, thank you! I saw that cut off date and thought that might be it. Then, I didn't realize til just a bit ago that it was Columbus Day weekend. Our schools don't typically get that holiday so I didn't think much of it.
