Just Saved over $400 using Disney gift cards purchased at Target!

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there is another thread here from a DISer whose husband works at Target and she said that the 20% off coupon CANNOT be used on Disney GC. They did some type of test run to make sure the computers were ringing up correctly and Disney GC and Starbucks GC did not ring up at 20% off.

I get all of my prescriptions filled at target. I haven't used the 5% off for anything of value before. My question is this….if I have multiple 5% coupons that are valid for the same time period can they be used in the same transaction? Or can I only apply one coupon per transaction? Thanks guys! Trying to decide if I should wait a week or so for another coupon to show up before I go stock up on my gift card shopping. Also, my other question is what other gift cards are excluded from the REd Card and prescription coupon card promotion besides Target gift cards, iTunes and Visa? Thanks!

The 20% off coupon worked for me! I went this afternoon, told the cashier up front that I had 10 Disney GC to buy and was hoping to use the coupon. She said no problem, and took the percentage off manually! <3 my Target!! So....moral of the story, don't give up without trying...... Tell them others have been able to do it, maybe that will persuade them.

You can only use one pharmacy rewards discount per transaction. So you can get the 5% redcard discount and a 5% pharmacy rewards discount together, but not a second pharmacy rewards discount too.

Nope Denied at 3 different Targets while actually on my way to DLR. Lol. Not totally bummed though. Still got to stack my pharmacy rewards with my RC discount and used some accumulated Target GCs so still made out like a bandit

My father gave it a try as we are in DW this week. The manager at our Target had a document stating that entertainment cards were excluded from the promotion... Maybe this is new due to all the trouble over the last few days.

Oh well- would have been great but we will be back next year anyway!

Bought mine this way on Sunday with no problem. I bought 20 in one transaction and I know others have had no problem with more so you should be fine

Has anyone had luck with the online pharmacy rewards coupon? With my last pharmacy rewards coupon, they also mailed me an online 5% off pharmacy rewards code. I tried to buy 10 gift cards online (the limit) and the 5% came off for the RedCard, but the extra 5% didn't come off with the pharmacy rewards code. The code worked on other items, but not the cards.

The online pharmacy rewards coupon does not work for Disney cards, only the in-store one.
