just reviewing: times when you REALLY need to book 11mos out?

once again, i'm daydreaming about buying some more points to have another home resort (for the 11mo booking advantage of course).

so just double checking... are these all the situations where you REALLY need to book 11mos out?
i'm basically looking to reconfirm opinions on the situations where it becomes very impossible to book a room using the 7mo window.

* New Year's Eve at WDW, any size room
* BWV Grand Villas, any time of year
* any size BWV Standard View during the months of Oct, Nov, Dec
* any size VWL during the month of Dec
* OKW Grand Villas? is this all year round? or are some months not too bad?
* don't recall exactly, but are VB and HH really difficult to book for summer months?

have i left anything out?

HH for summer (mid June to mid August). VB peak times will be winter but I'd only expect Easter to be difficult UNLESS you want a Beach House.
