the front desk can be more helpful. it took us over 35 minutes to check in(the girl was new) and then they give me a pet room which i specifically asked not to be put in and then i was given the room i requested after i made a big stink. room 1733 was great, great view, laid in bed and watched fire works, also the pool was nice, was upset though, kiddie pool was not open, for such a busy week, you would think they would have had it opened. also the last night there we realize we never got our welcome gift, went to front desk to complain and was told "oh" sorry we must have slipped up somewheres" no trying to make up for it or accomodating me with something. very unhappy with help at desk. everything else though was very nice there.
 
It's a really nice resort and we didn't have any problems there but we did have problems with HRH-lots of them!!! The front desk was a nightmare, so that would leave me to believe that Lowe's in general doesn't train theiir personel well enough before they put them out front. :sad2:
