I'm staying at POR 5/1/04 thru 5/8/04. Did the buses to the parks stop at other resorts on the way, or were they all direct? I like getting to the parks fast with out a lot of stops. I haven't requested anything in way of a room, as far as where, what floor, bayou or mansion, should I wait until I get closer to going or would it hurt to fax them a request now?

WHEN I WAS THERE (2/2 - 2/9) THE BUSES WENT DIRECTLY TO THE PARKS WITHOUT STOPPING AT OTHER RESORTS. I AM NOT SURE THAT WILL HOLD TRUE FOR WHEN YOU GO BECAUSE POFQ WILL BE OPEN. THEY ARE RIGHT NEXT DOOR TO EACH OTHER SO THE DELAY WON'T BE SO BAD.

MAYBE SOMEONE CAN SHARE THERE THOUGHTS ON THIS.

FAX OVER YOUR ROOM REQUEST 4 DAYS BEFORE ARRIVING. THAT'S WHAT I DID AND I GOT EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED.

Does anyone know what time you had to be at the POR bus stop to get to MK for the beginning of EMH?

By the way LAH, would I fax my request directly to POR? If so, do have that number? I haven't had any luck finding it online.

Thanks for answering our questions, did you notice if bldg l8 was in a lush, treed area, I need shade or I will end up with a horrible migraine headache.

Also we plan to use our car is your #27 building near the parking lot?

We are looking for a lush area with trees, shrubs etc, is the #27 building this like that?

ALL THE BUILDINGS HAVE PLENTY OF TREES AND BUSHES. THE LANDSCAPING IS AWESOME. AS FAR AS WANTING TO BE NEAR A PARKING LOT, IT TOOK US 2 OR 3 MINUTES TO GET FROM BLDG 27 TO THE LOT. YOU MIGHT BE BETTER OFF WITH BLDG 16 OR 17.

ANY IDEA HOW MANY ROOMS HAVE JUST 1 KING OR QUEEN BED. I REQUESTED ONE BUT THEY SAID THEY DID NOT HAVE ANY AVAIL FOR MAY 15-23. I WAS NOT SURE IF THEY REALLY DID NOT HAVE A LOT OR IT WAS JUST THE ROOM TYPE AND THE RATE I GOT THAT CAUSED THEM TO SAY THERE WERE NONE. WE GOT A RATE OF 74.00 A NIGHT WITH A SPECIAL CARD.

ALSO WHAT AREA IS BETTER THE MANSIONS OR AB WE HAVE NOT MADE A REQUEST FOR THAT.
