I have read several positive and negative reviews on the Park Vue lately so I wasn't really sure if I would be happy there but I was surprised at what a great place it was. I have stayed at DL several times at: Paradise Pier, Disneyland Hotel, HOJO, Sheraton Anaheim, Jolly Roger and Ramada Maingate. Considering cost, amenities, convenience, friendliness, cleanliness and extras, Park Vue was #1. From the gift basket with wine in our room, to bottled water whenever you wanted it, from cold drinks and cookies 24/7 in the lobby plus coffees and teas, to breakfast and a light dinner, it was a bargain at AAA rate of $93 a night. We had a lousy cot and the safe wouldn't work, but those items were fixed quickly and with utmost pleasantness. The maids spent at least 30 minutes in all the rooms cleaning and our rooms were spotless. The carpets were clean (all rooms have now been upgraded), and they no longer use comforters so no worries about bedbugs. The beds were comfy, we were second floor towards the back, so quiet, quiet, quiet. And the location is phenomenal! Of course when we stayed at the Paradise Pier Concierge it was much fancier and nicer, but hey, I paid three times the price. So value for money, plus everything else, I recommend Park Vue. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys 16,12 and 10 travelling with another family of 5 with 3 boys, 15, 13, 11 and they also thought it was fabulous. We both had double queen rooms with roll a ways because the front desk said they were roomier than the ones with bunk beds plus the sink was outside the bathroom which is necessary for such a large family. Couldn't be beat. Oh, and they also had fruit available on demand.
Don't hesitate to book there. We loved it and would go back.
