Just returned from BWV (7/12-7/18)

 People never ceases to amaze me. Why would anyone even bother to do that, let alone think of doing it.:sad2:

I'd bet when they opened the bag/box of vacuum cleaner bags, they used a box cutter and accidently sliced the vacuum cleaner bag - but didn't notice it until lah3hh found the problem.

I agree. But I think there are people out there who do not know the difference between dishwashing detergent and dishwasher detergent. Believe me, I've heard stories about people not knowing the difference and some who think it's the same thing:confused3 :sad2:

Sadly, it may be possible that they didn't mean to create a mess. They just didn't know.

Sad to say, this would be my husband. I caught him just a couple of weeks ago leaning over the open dishwasher with a bottle of Dawn in his hand.
After I explained exactly what was going to happen after he ran that stuff through the dishwasher he told me that he just wanted to do a "light wash" because the washer wasn't full and he thought the he would use the Dawn instead of the heavy duty Cascade. I'm just really glad I was home at the time. I could just see the suds all over the wood floor.......

Now, as far as the dishwasher is concerned, I can say that we do put dishes in the dishwasher upon leaving, but we RUN it before we leave. We've always assumed that housekeeping checks the dishwasher and puts the few dishes away....perhaps this is not so? :confused3

I would certainly hope so...I ran out of dishwasher tabs last trip so I loaded the dirty dishes into the dishwasher for mousekeeping to run. Even though I rinsed them first, no one could possibly have taken those dishes out and put them away thinking they were clean :scared:
