Just returned from BCV

We stayed in a 2 bedroom with 2 Queens, fourth floor with an Epcot view, rm. 453. We had a wonderful time, 9 glorious nights!
We loved SAB, the Marketplace and most of all the location to Epcot. We only had two really rainy days (because of Alberto) and those days we basically hung around the resort playing games, watching DVD's and swimming! My DH and I loved to walk around the boardwalk early in the morning while the boys slept. They are 15 and 19 and were not interested in getting up early!
We did not use the kitchen much although I loved the full size refrigerator and microwave.
The service was outstanding, we had room service one night and we needed help with our internet connection and we had immediate attention. They even credited one day of internet service because we had trouble.
We will definitely stay here again!

Where at BCV did you get DVDs to watch, or did you bring them yourself?

We are hoping to get a 2 bedroom with 2 queen beds in 2008 for our family trip. We own at BCVs so we will be booking at the 11 month window! Any pictures of the second bedroom with the 2 queens? I would love to see it!

We also love the BCV. I am so excited I just got off the phone with MS and our Jan trip to BCV is completely booked. I had to book day by day at the 7 month mark but it worked. I got a 2 bd and studio because we are taking whole family for my 40th birthday!! We love the location of the BCV. It is a beautiful resort. Now we still love VWL the best but we know our family will love the BCV. Now we have to wait 7 months!!! Boy that is going to be tough!!

Yes we did rent the DVD's from the Marketplace. Our unit did have the DVD/VCR combo in the living room. My son did take pictures with his digital camera; I will see if I can post those later. I'm not sure if he took the second bedroom or not, I'll check.

tink4ever: My family wants to stay at VWL for our next trip. We stayed there in the hotel last June and just loved it! I'm not sure when we are going, maybe Jan. 2007 but I want to go in the fall for the Food and Wine.

We just returned a couple weeks ago from a trip with DH's family at BWVs. The location was wonderful. They hardly spent any time at the resort (which I thought was a shame, but this was only thier second trip to WDW and the last one was ten years ago, so they were focused on the parks). We love VWL and thought about doing that next time (we offered to take them again in two years), but the location of the Epcot resorts worked best for them because they never got lost and would just pop in and out at Epcot with their park hoppers. Next time (in 2 years) we are going to stay at BCVs (our home resort) and we want the two queen beds.

Your family will like the Epcot resorts. You just can't beat the location if you are focused on going to the parks.

Glad you had a great trip. We love BCV also. SAB is our favorite, favorite pool. We love everything about it. I could spend the whole vacation just sitting at the pool, but the family insists on going to the parks. Can you imagine??? LOL!

Nice to hear good things about BCV, havn't been there for a long time but people have been complaining about the condition and service lately. Sounds like it's just they way I remember it. Maybe next year I'll go back for a few days.
