Just returned from AKV, quick observations

We will be at BLT for 4 nights over Labor Day, but only going to MNSSHP for parks…

I've done one trip this year and have 3 others booked. No park tickets for the first and unless AP or some other discounted ticket becomes available I may only purchase ticket for one trip. So far I have F&W, early December and NYE. Of the three the one I'm most likely to purchase a ticket for is December simply because of the holiday park offerings.

My next AKV stay is next May, but I did manage to get 3 nights club level in a one bedroom. I did one more night there in a Savanna view studio. I assume I can still use the club for most of the time I am in the studio. Does anyone now when the bands stop working in the club on your check-out day?

We never had issues using it all day the day we check out. We usually stay another night or two at Jambo ,after we check out from Concierge. It doesn't matter that we are already in our other room. You can use it until it closes the day you check out.
If we are going to another resort, we usually stay at Jambo house until our room is ready, or even until dinner, still enjoying some wine. We love concierge ! Enjoy

Sorry you got sick after your trip but glad you are feeling ok.

No way Disney is getting any of my money till AP are sold again. No way no how. I'll keep renting my points.

yeah, we may find ourselves in the resort only boat very soon, if they dont' start selling APs. We'll have tons of extra points next year, and no way do we want to keep buying regular tickets. AKL is one of the resorts we'd likely choose for resort only. I love it there anyway, and it's got so much to offer at the resort, and good location for offsite stuff.
