Just returned from 5 nights at Courtyard Marriott!

We just got back from 5 nights at the Courtyard Marriott at LBV. Originally, we were just going to stay from Sunday to Thursday, but we were so pleased with the accomodations that we asked if we could extend our stay a night, and we were able to get Thursday night at the same $20.02!

The rooms are nice. Ours overlooked the pools and we had a view of DTD and could see the Epcot fireworks from our balcony. We were on the 7th floor. Our DD says the best thing is the glass elevators in the lobby! The staff is very friendly, courteous and efficient! From 4-6 every evening the manager hosts a happy hours with free beer, wine and sodas, with munchies. The managers of the different areas of the hotel serve as the cocktail servers, and do a great job! We managed to make it every day! It seemed to coincide with the afternoon rain showers, so it was perfect!

We were just a short walk to both DTD and the Crossroads at Lake Buena Vista. There you will find a TGI Friday's, Red Lobster, McDonalds, as well as a Publix, a Disney's Character Connection, and other shops.

We were very happy with our stay, and would not hesitate to stay with Courtyard Marriott at LBV again!

We drove because many times we were leaving the parks to go look at homes and neighborhoods. I have heard the bus transportation was good, though! I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!
