I am not going to do a review of everything I ate because honestly some of it just wasn't worth remembering. Also, the only pictures of food they I took were our Dole Floats and lunch at Starring Rolls at MGM.

On our arrival night we had ADRs at Yachtman's Steakhouse. This was one of my favorite meals of the trip. For starters I had the seared Maine scallops and my husband had the tuna tartare. Both appetizers were great. Mine only came with two scallops, but they were quite large and with everything else we were stuffed by the time we left. Oh, and the bread was so yummy. They gave us onion rolls and sourdough rolls with a big roasted bulb of garlic and olive oil. We both had ribeye steaks that came out a perfect medium rare just like we ordered. The horseradish mashed potatoes were also delicious. My favorite part of the meal was the creamed spinach that we ordered on the side (yummy). I skipped my dessert and my husband had a trio of sorbets which was a little unusual. One was lemon basil and it just didn't taste like dessert! Overall the meal was great and I will definitely return on my next visit. Also, our waiter Sam was the best!

The following night we had ADRs at Chefs de France. I know this place gets a lot of bad reviews, but I have always enjoyed it up until now. When we were seated our waiter let us know that it was his first night working on his own since being trained. I am not sure if this had anything to do with our dinner mishaps or not, but all and all he was a nice enough kid. For starters I had the french cheese plate which I thought was delicious. It came with brie, swiss and I can not remember the others, but I enjoyed them all. My DH had pate and assorted chaucateries (pieces of salami) which he also loved. For dinner I ordered the beef tenderloin cooked medium rare and my husband ordered the lamb. Our waiter brought out two beef tenderloins and no lamb. My husband reminded him that he had ordered lamb and not a tenderloin and he quickly returned with my husbands lamb shank. I hate to complain in restaurants, but my steak was cooked so well done that it was like shoe leather. My husband flagged down the waiter and showed him and he apologized and said he would return with a medium rare steak. My husband did not want to eat without me so he waited. After about 30 minutes of sitting there an not seeing my steak or the waiter my husband flagged over who I think was a manager and explained the situtation to him. He came back a few minutes later with my steak and a new hot lamb dish for my husband. The manager really did take action which was great, but I wish that things had just come out right to start with. When we finally did receive our food it was very good though. The dessert was also pretty good. We both had a chocolate and banana tarte.

We also ate at Jiko (which I loved), MaMa Melrose (which I would not return back to), Liberty Tree Tavern (which was pretty good) and Raglan Road (which we also liked very much).

Our next table service meal was at Liberty Tree Tavern. We ate there last year and it is pretty standard, but good food. We were visited that evening during dinner by Minnie Mouse, Pluto, Goofy and Chip which was fun (even for adults). The food consisted of a platter which had turkey (which was pretty good), flank steak (which was dry) and what they called a pork tenderloin (tasted like ham to me with a mustard glaze) and stuffing (pretty good, probably a premixed box type of stuffing though), a nice big bowl of green beans which were delicious, a bowl of mashed potatoes which were also delicious, gravy and my DH's favorite a big bowl of Stouffer's Mac and Cheese. The meal was probably not a favorite of mine, but it was tasty. My favorite part of the meal would have to be the apple crisp and vanilla ice cream at the end. This was served warm and was yummy. Would I return? Probably not next year, but maybe if we went back with family or friends.

Monday night our dinner was at MaMa Melrose. I was skeptical about this place from the start because of the bad reviews I had read on here. First off we were seated in a nice quiet booth which I liked rather than being seated in the middle of the floor. Our waitress was an older lady who was a little on the grumpy side (not sure if I blame her given what a mad house the place was). My husband's mom is Italian and we have a few really good Italian restaurants in our area so I did end up being a little disappointed in the food, but it was not horrible. For starters I had the Artisan breads and spreads which was really good and DH had the toasted Italian bread salad which he enjoyed. My meal was the pork marsala which came which came with aspargus and mushroom risotto. The pork was tasty, but the mushroom risotto tasted like it was not cooked very well. I kept getting hard little pieces. DH had Penne Vodka which he said was okay, but much better at the local restaurant we get it at. Dessert was cheesecake for husband which had a nice hidden layer of hazelnuts and I had some sort of chocolate cake with a warm liquid center which was also pretty good. I probably would not choose to go back to this place. Although it was not horrible, I have had better meals at Portabello Yacht Club and a couple sitting next to us at Raglan Road told us that the new place in Epcot was incredible.

The following night was Raglan Road. We had eaten here last year and loved it and it was still really good this year. I had the drunk chicken for an appetizer and it was pretty good, but a little on the dry side, but still had a good flavor. DH had smoke salmon which he liked a lot. For meals DH had bangers and mashed which he liked and I (boring) had the steak which suprisingly was really good. We ordered a side of braised cabbage which we loved. Dessert was the Dunbrody kiss for me and bread pudding for DH. Both desserts were really good.

Our last Disney meal was at Jiko and this has been a favorite of ours for a few years now. I had kalamata olive flat bread and my DH had some sort of mushroom soup. Both apps were really good. DH had the cod for his meal (against the waitress's recommendations) and absolutely loved it. I had the filiet and mac and cheese which is always delicious. The mac and cheese is a goumet kind, not like kraft. We split the year of a million dreams dessert at the end which was a spice pound cake with some sort of vanilla type custard on it. This was good, but we were too full and I had had a little too much wine to fully enjoy it. This was probably my second favorite meal next to Jiko's.

FYI, I did notice that when we charged any extras (such as alcohol or a side of veggies) to our key to the world charge we were charged an 18% gratuity automatically, but if we paid cash the tip was not automatically added in.

Also, I do feel that with the automatic 18% gratuity service was not what it used to be (except for Sam at Yachtman's). I did not have any waitstaff who were horrible, but just not as attentive as I remember in the past and I think this is because they are guaranteed an automatic decent tip. We did leave a few of the really good waiters extra gratuity on top of the 18%.

If you're on the DDP, all extras have gratuity included. It was probably the server's mistake if she did not add the gratuity to those bills you paid in cash for.

Thanks for your reviews. Yachtsman Steakhouse sounds good.
