Just received ME documents-Questions

We arrive 1/27/10 for POR. Our documents didn't list our airline and flights. Is this the norm and do I have to call and give them the info again? If I do, how far in advance of our flight do I do this?

You can if you want, but it isn't going to be an issue. They only really need flight info for the return home flight. And you can give that to them when you get to MCO.
