Hi all,

Just received this pass by UPS shipped from Orlando 2 days ago.
Bought 2 passes from Paramount International Travel on Vineland Road.

This pass is a great deal at the moment valid for 30 days from first day of use and includes all the usual hopper plus features aswell as including a character breakfast voucher, unlimited access to Disneyquest and admission to Everglades Safari Park,Miami Seaquarium.Kennedy Space Centre Visitor Complex and The Salvador Dali Museum if that appeals too you.

They cost £186 each plus shipping costs. They also enclosed park guides from all the Disney parks which are great to browse through before you go.

The passes are available to buy upto 31 May 2003 so may be a good buy for anyone going early next year.

Regards

Sean.

That sounds a good deal; the Salvador Dali musuem is very good - it has quite a few of his better known works there as well as many early ones.

is that as many uses as you like within 30 days? It just seems very cheap when 10 day passes are £250
Bev

Hi Bev,

Yes it works exactly the same as the 10 day pass but for 30 days.

Andy,

They charged $30 shipping which at the time worked out at £20.
I did think this was steep but as the passes were such a good deal I thought it was worth paying.

Regards

Sean.

Thanks Sean,

I am looking at buying 7 day hopper plus passes from them which at $284 seems unbeatable at the moment. Even with $30 shipping they would still be cheaper than anywhere else I've seen.

Andrew

Andrew,

I would just double check their price by e-mailing them as they appear to be one of the few places I have seen that dont appear to have put their prices up since the Disney price increases.

Let me know how you get on as I also know someone else who if this is the correct price will guarantee too beat it and he only charges $5 shipping.

Regards

Sean.

I bought 6 day Hopper Plus tickets from Paramount with a character breakfast included. The price quoted on the website was the one charged ($262 adult, $215 child). Even with the $30 shipping I think it's a good deal. Also bought Sea World tickets as they were as cheap as anywhere else that I could find.

Tickets ordered Wednesday 18th Sept UK evening. Had an e-mail overnight Thursday/Friday to sign and confirm (had to be faxed back). Had confirmation that the tickets were shipped Friday evening US time with UPS tracking number - so you can track progress through the UPS website. Didn't need to bother as the tickets arrived Monday 23rd September in the afternoon.

Sean,

Thanks for the offer, but I have already ordered from Paramount, in fact just received my UPS tracking number to confirm shipment. As an added bonus, I just checked my online credit card statement and I note the exchange used is 1.55 - therefore 7 day hopper plus passes at just £183. Well pleased!!!

Simon,

Noted your post re SEAWORLD tickets. You probably don't want to know this(STOP READING NOW IF SO) but the best price I have found is on the SEAWORLD site itself. If you order over the web more than 30 days in advance you get a 20% discount, bringing the price down to $42 inc tax. You just print the tickets from your PC so no shipping worries.

Andrew

That's a great exchange rate. I'm also going to buy from Paramount - The $30 shipping seems a bit steep, but if you are buying a number of tickets (I will be buying for 8), it doens't add much to the individual ticket prices.

I was also looking at buying the Seaworld tickets from the Seaworld site. Does anyone knoe how this works? Is it like a voucher that you have to exchange at guest services? Given the queues that usually occur for exchanging vouchers at all the parks, I would rather have the actual tickets.

Maxine,

I am assuming that you do not have to exchange the voucher at Seaworld. The following is from their site.....

'The E-ticket must be purchased and printed from your computer prior to arrival. It provides the most convenient entry - no waiting in line!'

Therefore, if they say 'no waiting in line, then I don't expect to be queuing at a voucher exchange booth!!

On paramount and shipping costs - yes $30 may seem excessive, but they are using UPS. Many others just use international mail. As I have just shelled out over a grand on tickets, I feel much happier that they are being shipped by courier rather than regular mail.

Andy

You're right - I didn't want to know that!! Ah well - I'm still happy and I take a small comfort in having actual, real tickets as opposed to vouchers (very small comfort - but I have to get some somewhere.)

Maxine

I absolutely agree with Andy - I could have tracked every movement of my tickets on the Internet. It is very reassuring to be able to see:-

Can't fault Paramount - but they could be a little inconvenient if you don't have easy access to a fax machine and photocopier.

Simon,

couldnt agree more about the use of fax machine, I had to get a member of my family to fax it for me.

Andy,

with reference to UPS and cost I also purchased 2 5 park flex tickets from a place on the 192 near medieval times and he only charged me $5 and I received them in 2 days also.
