MeLaNie9 said:As one who had a stroller filled with DS on our recent WDW trip, I have to say what about the scooter crowd? As we were trying to leave MK one evening after the light parade, part of a huge crowd heading towards the exit, an older woman riding one of those scooters barrelled up behind us and yelled "get out of my way" and almost ran us over. A bit irritated by this, DH turned around to her and said "You know, everyone is heading to the same place. There's no way you're going to get there quickly in this crowd." She actually seemed cowed that someone talked back to her and called her on her rudeness. She must have been getting through the crowd with the beep, yell, and run over anyone in her way tactic prior to coming up behind us!
how rude. I can't stand people like this!

The only thing I have a problem with is like you said, the use of strollers to push to the front of the line and what not.
We must have been in WDW at the exact same time as we had a lady in a scooter saying the exact same thing "move outta my way" and beeping her way through the exiting crowd at Fantasmic. Of course, I said something to her and refused to move.

Just wondering wouldn't a wagon cause less harm I mean the parent pulling it would first have to trample the person before the wagon hit and careless walkers could topple in it and get a free ride But then if you let go just think how many could be mowed down with a run away wagon. Guess that's why no wagons!!!

Unless WDW puts lines down on the pavement, stop signs at the walking intersections, and teaches people to walk on the right side of the road, this will always be an issue.
