I am trying so hard not to get excited...we just put in an offer for a BWV. It is a great package...but so much needs to happen...financing, ROFR,etc.

i just have one quick question...how long can points be banked. For example the package has 342 points coming on 10/1/04. It is a 150 point package, so all of 2003 points have been banked and 42 from 2002. However, I thought you could only bank for one year. Can anyone help clear this up?

I saw that contract listed on TTS website, congrats!!! Those 42 points aren't banked points, they are borrowed points from 2005. They will have to be used by the end of your 2004 use year or by September 30, 2005. The only points you can bank are the original 2004 allocation of 150 points. The remainder 192 points (the 2003 banked and the 2005 borrowed) will have to be used by September 30, 2005, they can't be banked anymore.

Those 42 points will have to be used by the end of Sept. '04 if they were banked from the '02 use year into the '03 use year.
