Just purchased my DDE card

Had to hold a while - around 20 minutes in total (5 minutes "engaged", a couple going through the "options" and then the remainder holding). I've heard that some people have been holding an hour and that mid-afternoon is the best time to call, so that's why I thought I'd give it a go now.
