Just purchased AP

I just purchased my AP online. Is there a tutorial or FAQ to help me with MDE. How do I link the ticket. Will I be receiving a voucher and will I be able to make FP reservations, get room discounts, MVMCP ticket discounts before I activate it. I did a search but had problems finding anything. Thanks

Congrats! Sometimes the APs automatically show under your tickets on MDE- if not just link them by using the confirmation number you received when purchasing. We got a voucher in the mail about a week after getting our APs and will take that with us on our next trip to activate. We had no problem making our FP+ with the APs once they were linked in MDE

When we purchased ours online, it linked in MDE automatically. Once it's linked, you get a rolling 30 day window for FP+, which turns into a 60 day window automatically if you have an onsite reservation linked (once your 60 day mark arrives). Making FP+s is the same for AP holders as it is for any other ticket holder.

You won't necessarily get a voucher ahead of time...it depends on which option you chose when you purchased your AP (we did not get a voucher...everything was electronic). When you activate the AP when you arrive, you'll get your AP card which will serve as your discount card. You can book a room with the AP rate now and just show your AP after you get the card. Not sure about MVMCP tickets...you might have to call to have someone apply the AP rate rather than buying them online.

You only need the AP after you are at WDW.
