Thanks eveyone for your help and information while I drive DW crazy about pros and cons of DVC purchase.

We decided to purchase 160 points direct from Disney due to current incentives and getting a June use year which included 07 points plus the 100 developer points. Now we can stay in a 2bed for our May trip instead of two rooms at Movies.

I will be geting all the official paper mailed to us by the end of this week. Outside of reading all the fine print. Is there anything special I should look out for. Any mistakes Disney has made in the past in processing your paperwork.

I have not heard of paperwork mistakes on Disney's part- just read everything you sign and double check names, addresses...

They didn't make any mistakes with any of our contracts- but I suggest reading very carefully, just in case!

Our original contract with DVC had one of names spelled incorrectly. Out three add-ons have been error free.
