Is that deposit refundable? You can't get free dining through AAA. I tried last year.

Yes it is...and yes you can get free dining through AAA. My travel agent whom I've used on various trips even mentioned free dining before I said anything about it.

I've had various coded added to my trip before.

Yes, that's true...I helped friends of mine book this through a AAA agent last year.
