Just picked up my Mickey TV!

Not to beat a dead horse here, but I thought I'd just let ya'll know I was able to get my tv from Sears this morning.

Our local store had been saying since all of this started that once our pick up date came, we could get the tv, and at the price we bought it for.

I didn't have my hopes up, but today was the pick up day, so we went to the store and low behold I have my tv.

Now to wrap it up before DS gets a look at it! ;)
 
Did they send you a pick up email? I am still waiting on mine and the date it should be in was the 27th. Did you just go to the store and hope for the best, that's what I'm thinking of doing. It hasn't been cancelled yet so I am hoping.
 
No, they didn't send me the pick up email.
Just took the original receipt, and they looked it over, scanned my card, and gave us the tv. :teeth:
 
I'm a little confused. How did some of these get cancelled and others did not? Was there a time that they decided to honor all orders before that, but cancel the rest?

I placed an order also and a few days later received my customary cancellation letter.

I never recieved a cancellation email, but when I looked up my order online it said cancelled. :confused3
We had already been told by the store that when our pick up date came we could come in and get the tv for the "sale" price, so we thought we'd give it a try anyway.
Sure enough they let us have the tv just like they said they would.
 
I ordered mine on Sunday morning. I got a cancellation and a refund to my cc for another one I wanted to have delivered, but the charges for this one to be picked up were still there. When I go online to check on it, it says processing. I think I am going to take a ride over there and see if I can get it. I'll post when I get back.
 
On my debit card I was charged 31.99 for the tv on 10/9, then I received a credit for the same amount on 10/14.

I guess I'm out of luck.
 
My Tv is not in yet either. I called and he said please check back on Tuesday. So we shall see... my order still says processed.
 
Lucky you. I went on my pick up day, and never received one. I just called today (2 days after pick up date) and they still don't have it in.
 
Now I am wanting the Pooh one in the Disney catalog. If I don't get the Mickey one I will be saving up for the pooh one.

So far they have not returned my money or cancelled my order. I am going to give it a few more weeks. Then if nothing ask for my money back.
 
Hi, just got back from the mall and I got my TV. :banana:
When I got there I swiped my credit card and it said not available yet, please pick up on the pick up date. So I asked an associate, and showed him the pickup date was the 27th. He said he would see what he could do, he took my email confirmation, went to the back, and in about 5 minutes, brought out a TV.
So I would suggest everyone that has a confirmation, but didn't receive a pick up email, to go down anyway. BTW, they never credited my card the $31.00 and never sent a cancellation email on that order, so I thought I had a pretty good chance of getting it. I'm glad, a great bargain! :goodvibes
