Just passed ROFR yesterday (27 days) on 210 pts at AKV

So the first hurdle is passed. Now just hoping for a smooth transition the rest of the way. We purchased through dvcresalemarket.com and so far they have been great to work with. So, happy days and even bigger accommodations, woo-hoo
