Just paid off DVC loan literally...

5 minutes ago! We bought 200 points 1.5 years ago and took a 5 year loan but we got a decent bonus at work and just paid it off!!!!

We are now owners free and clear!!!!!!!

Here's the bad...

The wife is about 3 minutes away from pushing to buy more points now since we paid this off 3.5 years early!!!!!!!

Congratulations! I agree that an add on may be In order. I hope to pay ours off early as well. I am paying matching principal payments each month, so if I can keep that up I will pay it off in half the time.

Congratulations!! We paid off our original loan this past December. We had no plans to add on at that point... We added on in February!!

Since we just became members a few days ago, we have a ways to go on our loan. However, DH had to work overtime today and first thing he said when he called to tell me he was working was "remember.. Welcome Home". That is our incentive to put away more $ towards it so we can have it paid off sooner!!
