Just ordered my GetAwayToday tickets and i have a ?, has this happened to you?

I tried to order my tickets thru GAT and i was being charged $10 shipping and $15 for fedex shipping, so i called and GAT said they would waive the $15 fedex fee but charge me the $10 shipping fee. But GAT told me that they will not send me vouchers but to go to the main gate ticket booth and gie them a conf. # to pick up my tickets. I also had asked if i could do this thru the DLH and they said usually if i book a package deal thru them staying at DLH.
they also said since i am staying their but not booked thru GAT that i could try topick the tickets up at DLH. Has anyone picked up their tickets without receiving vouchers to trade in ,just by using a conf. # ?

We did in Feb. I was not going to pay $15 for shipping when I was going to be there anyway. I did pick them up at the main booth though. You need photo id and they asked me what I ordered.
