Just off with Member Services -- Is this correct?

I just got off a long and confusing call with Member Services. I want to make sure that I understood the person correctly.

1) Are dining reservations made through Member Services not available for viewing online? It seems odd that reservations made through the normal Disney site are all accessible at all times. She basically told me that I better remember my info or I am up a creek without a paddle.

2) Do all restaurants require a credit card to hold a reservation? I made the following reservations: Be Our Guest, Coral Reef, Mama Melrose, and Hacienda De San Angel. I think she said that she needed my card for all 4.

3) How far in advance can I book the dessert package for Wishes? She said that it can only be booked a couple months out.

1. If MS does not attach a phone # to your reservation, you won't be able to see it online. If you give them a phone number, you should be able to retrieve the reservation online using the conf. # and your phone #.

2. Not all restaurants requrie a CC hold. BOG is the only one you mentioned that does. Unless your Mama Melrose is a Fantasmic! dinner package. Then it does. Otherwise, no.

3. True. See thread on the dining board that announces when the dessert party is open for booking.
 
I wouldn't book dining through MS, that isn't their primary job, they are a middle man.

The Disney dining website shows you which restaurants require a deposit.
