Just me and DS8 going now...

My husband is not going to be able to go with us next month since he is starting a new job. I am taking my DS9 on his b-day trip alone now for a week at Pop. Any suggestions? We have never traveled alone before...I want to make sure he does not miss his dad too much. They are really close.

I have taken my children without hubby twice when he couldn't go. We had a blast! We did things he didn't care for. It's not hard to keep their mind busy and off missing dad. I sent pictures to his phone during the day so he didn't feel left out too much. Hope you have a great trip.
