Just made Ressies for October

Anyone else going to FW in October 2005?? We just made our ressies, can not wait as this is our first time staying at the campground.

We just bought our first RV...a Jayco 27BH TT. We can not wait to come down there with it!! I heard that FW is no longer selling spare tire cover..is that true? If so, I am going to be sooooo bummed!!!

We will be getting to FW on Oct. 29th 2005 and leaving to come home on Nov. 4th.
This will be our first time to FW as well. I am looking forward to it. I made our ressie for the 1400 loop. No particular site #
We have a 25 foot BH TT.
This will be the children's first trip to Disney. I don't even know where to start with what to show them first, or where to go first.

We plan on doing the NSSMHP.. I think that is the initials for it..

I am with you....we do not know where to start at FW . We also plan on going to MNSSHP as well . This will be the first time we have been to WDW in Oct and attending the MNSSHP. We are very excited!!! We requested the 800 loop, no site # either...we will have our dog with us then.

We will be at FW from Oct 1-13th. We were there last year but in September. We were in the 800 loop last year and it was great. I would like to try out the 1300 loop this year. I only got full hook up so no 1400 loop!

We were only able to get full hook up as well...we were told preferred was booked. Oh, well..we can keep trying, but really not too worried about it. We will have our satelite with us.

I have never been and am looking forward to attending this year!!!

They still had the spare tire covers there in early february when we were there... Both Meadows Trading post and the Outpost one... I seem to recall them being fairly expensive, like maybe $50 or somewhere around there but can't remember for sure.

We did this trip last year - the weather in October is great and so was the MNSSHP. Make sure at least the kids have a costume - however, it is still very warm, so keep it lightweight!

We found the crowds in the parks manageable, spent a day at Typhoon Lagoon, spent time at the pool, and ate both breakfast and dinner at Trial's End.

We rented a golf cart for the first time, and we really enjoyed the flexibility it gave. We plan to do that during future trips.

It is funny - we are DVC members at the Beach Club Villas, but we also plan trips to Fort Wilderness - each type of vacation is different, and we enjoy them both! Have a great time. Sandie

DW and myself are going on our first without kids trip to FW. We have been in the past four times over the past 6yrs, but always with the girls ( Now 24 and 20). We are really looking forward to this trip alone.

We have requested loop 400. Stayed there Dec 2002 and it is our perferred loop.

I got a call this week from our RV dealer, our new trailer Jayco BHS20 is now in. We signed the offer the first of Feb. Then they could not find the model with all the options that we wanted. Thought that we would have to wait until mid June for 2006 model from the Jayco factory, I guess someone must have cancelled. Unfortuantely, their service dept is booked for the next 2 weeks, so we will be doing the trade on May 20th
