Just made PS ressie's, need feedback

We just mad our PS ressie's at the following restaurants any reviews on the following: Concourse steakhouse, O'hana's, Whispering Canyon, andLibert Tree Tavern?

Tried WCC and Ohana last year. Both were great. At WCC the fam tried the skillet which they enjoyed (dinner BTW), I had the pork chops, a little dry but ok, the wings were great, as they were also great at Ohana (dinner as well). The peanut dipping sauce was fab, by far the best of the three. We went in Sept 05, so I cannot rate the changes, such as the sausage and the shrimp in the bowl or the wonton chips, the potatoes IMO were just okay, the beef was great (with that dipping sauce of course).

We are trying the Concourse this upcoming trip, looking forward to those scallops. Have not been to the other restaurant.

They are all nice with the exception of LTT. This gets a good reputation but doesn't really deserve it. The food is okay, and there are many places at the resorts where you can get a better meal, such as Kona Cafe. WCC is not at all quiet, and is best for dinner.

My family loves LTT. WCC was a little loud for me, but my kids loved it!
