Just made BOG ADR for lunch

I've been on the phone on hold since 7:00. I am not expecting to have any luck, though, as I expect that the agent's screen in going to show the same "no available" times that I see on my own computer. The frustrating part is that there were a number of times available online at 6am-- I just couldn't book them!! It seems like nobody else could either, though, so hopefully there are in fact some times available still; just not in the system right now. Maybe later today? Maybe tomorrow?? Who knows.

It's just so frustrating. I love Disney but am repeatedly frustrated and disappointed with their website! I mean, really, didn't we all know there was going to be IT issues this morning??

On hold as well and hoping it is cleared up when I get a live agent.

That's the really frustrating part -- you never know when the moment it gets worked out is going to be and you want to be one of the people who is there to get what you want.

Frustrating is also I word I've used too much planning this vacation. Before it was always "easy" when I was asked about our trips to Disney. Now with website, FP+, increased costs ... not so much.
 
Got mine this morning around 7am UK time and email confirmation straight away. Checked MDE on my phone just and now showing in my reservations also! Happy enough with that!

Wow this is frustrating! This is my first attempt at reservations ever. I was so excited because I thought I got it, until the last page wouldn't go through. So I came on the boards to see if anyone else was having the same problem. Still trying to get through on the phone....

This is exactly what happened to me. Logged on at 6am, saw times available but when I tried choosing one it didn't go through. Then within a minute, nothing at all showing.
 
I also booked online and received a confirmation email but it's still not showing up on my MDE - I will save and print the email - hopefully it will sort itself out. I was on at 6 and booked for end of april - only showed 1 timeslot available - shocking it could fill up that fast?!?

Got mine and all the ones I needed for clients around 4:15am. Those still waiting, don't give up! Before the system crash there were tons of them available. Once it's working they'll probably all show back up.
 
I am trying to call in now and keep getting either a busy signal or "the number you dialed is temporarily not in service." I was online at midnight, knowing Disney often opens them up at that time, and nothing. I went to bed. I overslept a bit (GRRR), and then I wake up and hear people could book at 1 AM, and now the system shows no availability on the app, the computer, and the number won't work. That's REALLY not cool. Trying to get an ADR for March 7th - my actual birthday. Annoyed and discouraged.
 
I give up. Been trying since 5:58am online/app and 7:00am via phone. Was plenty of available times until now. All gone for July 17th. Didn't really think it would be this difficult. Thought I was prepared. Oh well. Will try for those cancellations closer to the 17th.
 
Got off the phone with Disney's MDE/Web app support and the guy said the rezzes not showing up in MDE if you made on the phone is a known issue and if you got the confirmation email you definitely have the reservation. He said as soon as they fix the technical issue it will show up.
 
Anyone having any luck by phone? I have tried since 6 online like many of you and had no luck. Now on the phone I am being told nothing available August 21, 26 or September 1 ... really? I was told they were ALL gone?

My guess is that the *whole* system is down. When I try and search for a table on any date fin the next 6 months or even just 1 person (even though I really need 5), I'm now getting the "unable to check for available times at this time" error. It's gonna be a long day....

Any point in staying on hold? Been waiting on the phone since 7am, do they just leave us hanging here if the system is down?
 
Just got off the phone. I was told that they are getting tons of calls and no one is able to book BOG Lunch right now. She said to just keep trying back and Disney knows something is wrong so they should be working on it. So, not much help there.
 
I haven't read all 9 pages...if you have a time and date but it comes in as and error will it eventually go through or do you have to cancel and start over?
 
My guess is that there will be a lot of dates / times opening up once they get online issues fixed. I'm guessing that the phone agents are seeing what we are seeing ('nothing available'). This is what I was told when speaking to a live agent- I don't think that they know anything more than we do.
