Just made an offer!!!

I was looking at all the re-sales last night (because of boredom) and found a contract that is what I have been looking for.

50 BWV points, Dec UY, with all current points, and all points going forward.

I made an offer (have not heard anything yet) so we shall see.

I was thinking a few months ago of adding on at AKL, but after our recent BWV stay, DW would rather own there. We only have 30 BWV points right now, so adding 50 more would make the 80 per year at least something to start with. I would like to add more in the future, but just as paying cash outright will allow.

I hope we have an eager seller, if the price isn't right, I have no problem moving on.

I hope it goes well. We are also considering a BWV add on and I even thought about a different UY, but think we are going to just wait and if the right one comes along, we will consider.

We love BWV and would have no problem staying there most of the time. Just with our 30 points, we don't get many options. At least with 80, we have some options, and I want to add on with cash purchases.

I was considerably lower on my offer then the asking price. I'm not in a hurry to buy, just looked like what, where and how many we wanted. If I pass on it, I will let you know.

Talked to Sharon today and she told me that it appears that the seller is not current on the payments and in fact might not even be the owner... whatever that means...

So sorry! Sharon is who we're dealing with too on our 60-pointer at BWV- may be she gets all the small contracts. But why don't they know this stuff BEFORE they list it! I'm just waiting for her to send us the contracts on ours.... keep your eyes open, you'll find another one.

Think about it this way....... at least the seller didn't accept your offer and then a month or so later you find out the hard way.

Sharon called me today from Fidelity and said that the 100 pointer was for sale, but the seller owed too much on the 50 pointer and is just going to stop paying on it and let Disney take it back.

I made an offer on the 100 point contract, but I am leary of getting involved with this seller, I might just cancel the offer...

Ugh, there are a fair number of 100 point contracts around, I don't know if I'd mess with this seller!
