I just made a dinner ADR for Boma for one of my upcoming trips and while talking to the cast member, I remembered what Kevin said about their new system.
I asked for a table between 8 and 9 pm. At first the only thing available was 7:45 pm, but when she asked if she could look after 9 pm, she found 8:35 pm. That was so funny.
