we bought HHI points today. We're scrambling around getting things signed, faxed, mailed, because tomorrow morning we leave for vacation-at HHI. We've been looking for 8 months for the right contract, one with our August Use Year. What a celebration we'll have!

The resort is pretty quiet this week, but occupancy will be way up next week!

Hi Doc and Simba's Mom! We just got here yesterday. It is pretty quite and the weather is great. We are hear until Tuesday. I was thinkning that it would be to own here also.

The front desk staff is great. We were able to switch our reservation from a studio for 5 nights to a studio the first night, 2 bedroom the 2nd and third nights, and back to a studio for the 4th and 5th nights. This was done after we checked in yesterday. I had been calling MS everyday for almost a month to get a 2-bedroom with no luck. I called MS last night and there was a 2-bedroom available, but the CM would not change my reservation because she was worried someone would pickup my studio for my last 2 nights while she cancelled and re-booked. So I took a chance with teh front desk and they were great!

DH has been in training in GA for 4 months and he is graduating this week. We have 5 people and in family and need a 2-bedroom for all of us to visit and we wanted him here for teh weekend. Well that is happening thanks to Susan the front desk manager.

Sorry to steal your thread. I am just loving this place. So relaxing and it has the Disney Magic! Congrats on your new contract.

Did you find a resale contract? Congrats! My brother is leaving for DVC HHI on Sunday for the week! I hope to get a full report!

Yes, we found a resale contract. When we got Timeshare Store's listings, after 8 months of looking, I was getting so discouraged-"Probably nothing today, either". What a pleasant surprise-and coincidence!
