We're scheduled to arrive at BWV Friday, 3/19 staying through 3/27. We've never gone to WDW during this time of year so I'm wondering just how crazy will the spring break crowds be. We're all hoping that since Easter until mid April that maybe we will luck out with a fairly nice occupancy level. Can any of you with experience during spring break provide me with your thoughts?

I'm also hoping that by coming in Friday am to BWV that we won't have as crazy a check in that you can get on Saturdays or Sundays. Can anyone help me calm my concerned DH? He's worried that it will be crazy and that he'll hate it.

Also, I've read some good reviews about Boma's. I'm looking for more info and best time of the day to get a PS? Has anyone done the character dinner at the Liberty Inn in MK? I'm thinking our teenage kids might be able to tolerate it?!?!

I'll put in my experiences here. Friday morning checkin should not be "crazy" at all. Although, for whatever, reason, my experiences in checking in at Boardwalk have been the least pleasant (though not horrible) of any check-ins at WDW. Slower than average and the one time I had a really, really rude CM ever.

Boma's is absolutely wonderful. My family is comprised of picky eaters and we all love it. I believe we've gotten PS's shortly after it opens for dinner and have had very short waits.

Character dinner at Liberty Tree is nice. Food is very good and characters will either interact as much as you want or will leave you (or any "cool" teen) alone if you don't want to interact. Again, food is really good!

Boma is one of the best restaurants on property. My dw and I not especially adventrous eaters, however we love to try almost everything on that buffet. We eat here on every trip. In fact, on our next trip in Feb, we have a PS for the first night that we are there. We plan to arrive in WDW around 12 or 1, with a PS of 5pm. From our experience, it is best to have an earlier PS at Boma, as they tend to get behind through the night. I know that we take our time and savor all the unique flavors.

Our schools' spring break is not until the 2nd week of April, so you won't have many families from NY there over the time in March you're going. Is that a spring break week for other parts of the country? Seems a little early.

Have fun!

We are checking out of BWV the morning of 3/19!! I have no idea how busy it will be, we've never gone in March before. It is spring break that week for us and I've read that it is for Orlando schools too! (3/15-3/19) So I'm guessing the parks will be busy for me, but maybe they'll be better for you?

I can't speak for the crowds, but Boma is wonderful!

We have PS there everytime we go - usually make it for 5-5:30 to avoid the crowds later. But everytime we have had a PS, we habve been seated fairly soon. We just go upstairs to the bar and get a beverage and wait a bit.

Boma's is one of favorite WDW restaurants, a must for our trips. I agree on the early seating, we always ask for 5:00 p.m. If you call 90 days ahead, you should have no problem getting that.:teeth:
