We ordered/reserved our double stroller using this service this A.M. and did not really expect a reply other than the automated recipt of the transaction but was she ever efficient. She sent a personal reply, on a Sunday morning, letting us know our stroller would be waiting for us and when to have it ready for return. I even bragged a little about all you Disers who have already used this service and she was appreciative!
I will get back to you all and let you know how it all worked out when we return. We are a family of 6 with two younger kiddies ages 2 1/2 and 4 3/4. He is 4 3/4's because he will be 5 a week after we return!
And he thinks being 5 is da bomb because he will get to ride the bus and go to kindergarten in the fall 
Anyways, we knew we needed a stroller and we didnt want to lug ours thru the airport, etc. I will review our experience when we return. Our travel dates are Jan. 31- Feb.7th.
